Osteopath
About
Manjot Dehala M.Ost is an osteopath with over 14 years of experience in private practice. Her work is grounded in classical osteopathic principles and a deep understanding of the body’s natural capacity for regulation and repair. She integrates gentle approaches including cranial-sacral, visceral, myofascial, somatic, and structural techniques, combining sensitivity and intention to support the nervous system, fascia, and biomechanical function. She believes osteopathy is about caring for the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and nervous system, recognising their interconnected nature. She has a special interest in the relationship between fascia and both the autonomic and central nervous systems, and in the role of osteopathy in supporting long-term regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.Alongside her clinical practice, she is a lecturer and practice educator at the Health Sciences University (formerly the University College of Osteopathy). Her private practice is calm, considered, and quietly restorative, built on presence, continuity, and trust.“The soul of man… dwells in the fascia of his body.”
